The Final workshop of WISE will be held in Brussels on 22 March 2007. Experts from the partners' countries - Estonia, Poland, Spain, Austria and Cyprus - will present their experience. MEP Raúl Romeva Rueda will hold the keynote speech. Attendance is free of charge, you can register on-line HERE.

A series of workshops has been organized in Poland, Estonia, Austria, Cyprus and Spain. The presentations of the workshop will tell you how to increase your work or training or business performance at all levels. These presentations are in the respective language of the country in which the workshop has been held.


The WISE benchmarking analysis on women entrepreneurs and workers in the ICT industry is now available. The report investigated the status quo of women in educational attainment, employment and gender gap, in general and in relation to ICT in 6 European countries: Estonia, UK, Cyprus, Austria, Poland and Spain. AFAEMME - Association of Organisations of Mediterranean Businesswomen - presented its report on "Labour market and entrepreneurship overcoming gender stereotypes" at the European Parliament in Brussesl, in February 2006. Margaretha Mazura (EMF) attended the meeting, to raise awareness for WISE and to network with the women busines organisations present. www.afaemme.org


Yolanda Ursa (Inmark) presented WISE at the Valorisation Conference "Cross Cultural Business Competences" in Graz, Austria, in January 2006. Contacts with women mentoring initiatives such as Bildungscenter Steiermark were made, to increase WISE's networking capacity.
