  WISE tries to identify problems women entrepreneurs in ICT professions may face, suggest solutions and define strategies to improve the working environment towards gender-awareness. Such an endeavour must start at the main target group: the women themselves. Participating in the WISE initiative, women will have first-hand opportunity to influence results at "reality level". Share your experience and benefit from the results!

How can I actively participate?
Register to become part of the "WISE women"- network and receive our Newsletter about the project progress and new services (free of charge).
Fill in the Questionnaire: This work may take up to 15 minutes, but it is at the basis of the WISE project: We do not want a top-down approach (how decision-makers, training institutes etc. IMAGINE women entrepreneurs' life, but bottom-up, how it REALLY is!)
Have a look at the workshop presentations or the benchmarking report, interesting documents in the field of women and ICT, work-life balance, success indicators for entrepreneurs (women and men) etc.
