The WISE project sees itself as a permanently developing process with its ultimate aim to support women entrepreneurs and workers in the ICT sector IN A PRACTICAL way. For this purpose, several tools and documents will be produced that depend mainly on the active participation of the target groups:

The primary target group are women workers and entrepreneurs in the ICT/ICT-supported sector, including employees, self-employed women but also women as employers or women intending to become an entrepreneur. As such, they are also the primary beneficiaries and final users of the project's results.
The target sector is ICT and ICT supported activities. It was selected according to the consortium's competences, including ICT solutions, human language technologies and localisation, innovative entrepreneurships methods, vocational training surveys and analysis, networking business and vocational training and SMEs entrepreneurship. This approach guarantees market nearness (a bottom up, practical approach) and a high probability to reach a critical mass for valorisation purposes.

The secondary target group are VET institutions and other training organisations, including business management courses providers or companies (SMEs) themselves. They are actually the potential users of the results of the WISE project that will not only specify target groups needs, but will also give remedies and training modules to satisfy these needs.

It may be safely assumed that many findings will be relevant to women entrepreneurs in general. Thus, the final users are much wider than the target group. Furthermore, training elements may find its way into general training curricula and may have a broader impact on the European business and working environment.
