Today, women entrepreneurs and in particular, women entrepreneurs in the ICT sector, are confronted with three problems:

Lack of definition of women's needs
Lack of educaton and training strategies to improve the working environment towards "women - friendliness"
Lack of efficient training tools for (self-)assessment and creation & seizure of market opportunities

WISE's endeavour is to analyse the status quo, define women entrepreneurs' needs and draft guidelines for strategy/remedy: "bottom-up" as an on-line assessment tool for women to promote themselves, "top-down" to create a gender-aware environment. Out of these findings will result guidelines and criteria to adapt training and formation modules to the market needs.
