The EQF-Code team from 8 European countries (AT, CH, DE, ES, FR, HU, SI, UK) identified five eContent development professions (web designer, web / multimedia developer, 2D / 3D animator, webmaster, web content manager), and developed European Specialist Profiles that outline the skills and competences needed for these professions.
In a further step, the team mapped these skills against the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the eCompetence Framework (eCF) to identify a common and comparable set of skills at different learning levels.
